Visiting Undergraduate, Graduate and Non-Degree Students
Winter Session welcomes students enrolled in other colleges and universities. Students currently enrolled in good academic standing at a regionally accredited college or university other than ¿ì²¥ÊÓƵ University, and students who are accepted by other regionally accredited colleges or universities to begin their studies in the spring semester are eligible to become Visiting Students and register for Winter Session.
Visiting Students must complete and submit the Visiting Student Information Form in order to be eligible to register* for classes. By completing the visiting student application, you attest that you are a currently enrolled student and have met the appropriate course prerequisites where applicable. If you are unsure, we can direct you to the appropriate department chair for that course.
Students who have not completed a bachelor’s degree. (Forms are typically processed within two business days. Visiting undergraduate students do NOT need to submit transcripts.) NOTE:Visiting/non-degree student form will be available through December 17th only.-
- Visiting Student: An undergraduate student who is currently enrolled at an accredited college or university who DOES NOT have a degree.
- Non-degree Student: An applicant who is not interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree but are interested in taking one or two credit-bearing courses.To qualify for non-degree admission, you must have received a high school diploma or its equivalency prior to you submitting your application.

After the online information form has been processed, the student is eligible to at any time after the registration period begins. Log into to register.

*Registration may be completed up to and including the first day of the course as long as the course is open. Register early to decrease the possibility of being closed out of classes; the University cannot guarantee a student’s preferred schedule. Upon initial registration for a course(s) offered during Winter Session or Summer Sessions, Visiting Students are charged a one- time $25 processing fee.
